• Labour Ward Management:

Confident and collaborative in labor ward management, adept at labour analgesia, painless labour & delivery, instrumental deliveries using forceps or vacuum extraction, handling twin deliveries, and assisted breech deliveries with confidence. Proficient in managing various labor ward emergencies, including caesarean sections, peripartum hysterectomy, ante- and post-partum hemorrhage, preterm labor, eclampsia, shoulder dystocia, cord prolapse, and perineal suturing for tears of varying degrees. Prioritizes normal vaginal delivery, seeks guidance from senior colleagues, and related disciplines, when necessary, particularly in high-risk and complex cases. Actively contributes to establishing guidelines and protocols for obstetrics and gynaecology emergencies.

• Family Planning:

Extensive experience in Family Planning Clinics, excelling in patient counseling on family planning methods. Skillful in the insertion of Intrauterine Contraceptive Devices. Performs bilateral tubal ligation laparoscopically and through mini laparotomy with confidence.

• Gynecological Surgery:

Demonstrates proficiency in major gynecological surgeries such as total and subtotal hysterectomy, ovarian cystectomy, oophorectomy, myomectomy, and emergency laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy and complicated ovarian cyst. Performs vaginal hysterectomy, non-descent vaginal hysterectomy, sacrospinous fixation

• Operative Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy:

Skilled in diagnostic laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, conducting minor procedures like bilateral tubal sterilization, aspiration of ovarian cysts, ovarian drilling, and endometrial polypectomy.
